The transition from a free Starter plan to a paid Professional or Enterprise plan and vice versa is extremely simple and always possible without the user risking any loss of their data.
iProd follows a straightforward rule:

Customers who begin using iProd with the Starter plan can upgrade to one of the paid versions at any time by subscribing to the annual fee required by the desired plan. Purchasing one or more iProd IoT Tablets requires joining the Professional or Enterprise plan.
The Starter and Professional plans offer a specific number of Work Orders (WO) and available storage space:
For each plan, it's possible to expand certain features, such as purchasing additional Work Order (WO) packages, storage space, or mobile app licenses, as needed.
Furthermore, it's worth considering the option to add additional modules and integrations, although many of them may not be applicable to the Starter plan.
If you wish to downgrade to a version with a lower annual fee than your current plan, you'll need to wait until the end of the 12-month subscription period and then convert your account. The benefits and functionalities you'll receive will correspond to those outlined in the selected plan.
