How to track changes made to iProd records and data
All records log every modification, deletion, or insertion, which can be queried individually by users or globally by the administrator. This functionality applies to Sales Orders, Work Orders, production phases, and all ERP documents, allowing you to keep track of all changes made to a record over time.

The logged data includes:
- Event date
- Type (INS, UPD, DEL)
- Author
- Original state of the record
- Modified state of the record
- Other useful references
Pages with this functionality have a new "History" menu item and/or a new icon next to the close icon.
From this list, administrators can select items to delete or export to Excel using the button above the grid.
Administrative Functions for History
Users with higher permissions (Administrator or Super-Administrator) can view the entire list of logs for the company.
To access the complete lists, select "Advanced Settings" from the main menu.
When Did Change Logging Start?
Changes have been logged since December 20, 2021.
