Mastering Comments, Attachments & Documents in iProd
Most personal data sheets feature commands for managing Comments/Attachments and Documents, which are also accessible from the Home Page. The interface and functionalities remain consistent across different sections.
Almost all pages, including the homepage, in iProd show the same features for managing comments/attachments and documents. Style and design are always the same:
'Comments' refer to additional information associated with a specific item. For instance, if a product description and notes are insufficient and we need to describe its colour range, sizes, and materials, comments provide a platform for expanding on any entity. To clarify the terminology, a text message constitutes a comment, while an attached file is an 'Attachment.'
In the example image, numbers 2 and 1 are displayed above 'Comments' and 'Attachments,' respectively. Clicking on either of these numbers expands the section below, revealing the associated comments and attachments.
To show or hide the comment area click "comments" or "attachement"
The first one is empty, allowing for the insertion of new comments, followed by the existing comments with their respective contents.
