Password recovery

If you have lost your password and cannot remember it, click on "Forgotten Password?"

- You will be asked for your user ID, which usually corresponds to the email used for your registration.
- Click on "RECOVER," and you will be shown another page to complete the operation.
If the address was correct and already in the iProd system, a message will prompt you to check your email. In your email, you will find instructions to complete the process of assigning a new password.
