Here, you will find an overview of the main features of the iProd IoT Tablet.
iProd IoT Tablet
The iProd IoT Tablet is the interface that allows the operator to manage tasks that need to be performed on the machine:
1) Work Order Section - Management and execution of work ordersWhen you start iProd, you will see the Work Order List screen, displaying all the work orders assigned to the machine by iProd Cloud. Simply double-click on any order in the list to view its details.
2) Accurately track the production times of machines and operators, machine OEE, and time per piece.
Click the Stop 
button and then Start production of the order to begin tracking machine production time
The automatically selected status will be Production; click on the
icon to choose a different status.

icon allows the operator to authenticate and record their own times separately from the machine's
3) Counting completed pieces and any rejects
On the screen, you can view the total count of completed pieces, rejects, and the overall quantity of pieces to be produced. Additionally, pieces declared by the operator are clearly displayed with a production declaration and the time per piece.
Operators can adjust the current piece count and have the option to designate a piece as "reject".
4) Downloading part-programs or recipes to the CNC/PLC of the machine
From the order details, by pressing on Technology
You can view the various Part Programs extracted from or to be transferred to the machine.

5) Tool and equipment management
Clicking on the Tools button will take us to the specific tools section for the selected operation.
iProd also provides the ability to add comments to both orders and tools, in the form of posts, attachments, or photos. Simply click on either the Comments button or the Attachments button to open the menu where you can:
6) Send and exchange comments between workshop and office via iProd
that you can save or delete.

Finally, press the "X" to exit the Comments section.
