The phases
Definition of production phases
Before defining any product, it is essential to preconfigure the phases or at least have all the relevant information about them.
In iProd, a phase describes a processing step associated with a machine (not necessarily) and potentially with an operator. Each phase begins and ends, consuming time and resources. Detailed descriptions of these phases enable us to precisely define the bill of materials (BOM) for a product and provide insights that can help improve production.
