Special Processes: Work Orders without Phases Execution

Work Order Execution

iProd is primarily designed as a tool for analyzing and controlling industrial machinery. The most profitable automation optimizations result from the integration of machinery, IoT Tablets, and iProd.

However, in a company's day-to-day operations, not all processes are tied to machinery or specific production phases.

It is therefore possible to create Work Orders that do not reference any particular phase. For example, this could include supplementary tasks, such as deep cleaning of facilities, where resources and materials are used and need to be tracked.

In these cases, although no production activity occurs, costs are still incurred, justifying the operators' time and work schedules.

Once the task is completed, the Work Order must be manually closed.
