Create questionnaire templates for quality control.

These are Excel sheets specifically designed to integrate with the iProd database.
The main objective is to provide operators, supervisors, and authorized personnel with tools to record production progress and other quality-related aspects.
The system operates by associating specific values, such as a product, from iProd and replacing them with the predefined fields in the worksheet.
