Linking external products

Marketplace

Both shared and external products are initially just informational listings on the marketplace and do not have any connection to the internal company database.

If you decide to source one of these products regularly, it is possible—and advisable—to add it to your list of readily accessible products, so you don't need to repeatedly search for it.

To do this, iProd provides a function that links the external product to the internal database, allowing it to be fully managed within iProd.

Once linked, the product will not be identical to those produced internally but can be enhanced with additional properties beyond the original listing.
