How do I configure my SQL Server or MySQL instance?
In the initial configuration form (the first time the application is launched), you can choose between MySQL or SQL Server.
For these connections, iProdSync needs to relate its archives with yours, so it is necessary to specify the tables and some fields that will be used for synchronization.
After entering the access credentials and pressing "Connect to DB," the system accesses your database and loads the names of all the tables, allowing you to choose from a list.
- Check/Uncheck the database to keep synchronized.
- List of existing tables in the specified Database Name.
- List of fields in the selected table where you can specify the primary key or ID field (optional).
- List of fields in the selected table where you can specify the field updated with the record's last modification date (optional).
- For the inventory archive, select the reference field to the articles archive (usually ID Item), if available.
Confirming the information in this form starts the iProdSync monitoring and synchronization customization application.
