iProdSync and data processing

We are aware that with iProdSync we are connecting two data systems and it is our main concern, before any other consideration, to protect and ensure the integrity of your data.

For this reason it is not possible to delete records, neither logical nor physical, we keep track of all changes or entries made and we urge your organization to make backups of your database before starting any synchronization activity.

As for the integrity of the data on your iProd user, each synchronization starts only after the iProd backup, which is automatically carried out by iProdSync itself.

For obvious reasons we cannot in any way do the same thing on your database, we strongly recommend that you prepare suitable backups before starting any Sync activity.
