Version 5.0.8 introduces new capabilities for:

  • collaboration and internal communication through iProd Attendance
  • automation of ERP and document management processes
  • extension of iProd Totem operational functionalities
  • integration with Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Marketplace
  • infrastructure and monitoring improvements

 Company News Board   An internal communication system is now available for publishing company announcements with read-status tracking. 
 Real-time Company Chat   A real-time chat system has been introduced for individual, internal and external organizational members, and group conversations, including unread message management. 
 Daily Schedule   Employees can now view shifts, tasks and appointments in an integrated daily view, with clear visibility of deviations from the planned schedule. 
 Leave and Permission Management   Leave and permission requests can now be managed directly from the app with an integrated approval workflow and real-time schedule updates. 
 NFC Card Management   NFC card activation has been simplified through a self-service kiosk procedure with secure PIN-based authentication. 
 Shared Device Security   Automatic session reset on shared devices has been introduced after a configurable period of inactivity. 
 Full Multilingual Support   The entire iProd Attendance user experience is now fully localized, improving usability in international and multi-site environments. 
 Microsoft Entra ID Sync   Integration with Microsoft Entra ID enables automatic user import, role and permission synchronization, and real-time updates of changes performed in the Microsoft environment. 
 ERP Documents   Document management has been improved with fast value copying between rows, post-creation date editing, and simplified data entry processes. 
 Totem – Job Order Management   Orders generated from the Totem can now be linked to production job orders for improved cost traceability. 
 Totem – Production Operations   New operational features have been introduced for shop-floor management, including production stop handling and improved machine resource assignment. 
 Manual Input Telemetry   It is now possible to manually enter production data as an optional step, without interrupting the operational workflow. 
 Notifications and Email Delivery   The notification system has been optimized to run in the background, reducing user waiting times. Email delivery for multiple documents has also been improved with a consolidated format. 
 Monitoring and Service Continuity   Infrastructure improvements have been introduced to support non-disruptive, more efficient updates and increased service continuity during release operations.
