How do I close a Sales Order on iProd Cloud?
Here's a step-by-step guide and the conditions required to close a completed Sales Order.
To close a job where all items have been produced, ensure that ALL associated Work Orders (WO) are also marked as CLOSED. Refer to our guide on closing Work Orders (WO).
On iProd Cloud, you can verify completion of phases and closure of Work Orders (WO) from the In Production Management page.
Click the symbol to expand job details and use the triangle to monitor real-time progress of each Work Order (WO). The ✔️ symbol , confirms that a phase has been successfully completed and closed.
Once all Work Orders (WO) for the Sales Orders are confirmed closed, proceed to close the sales order on iProd Cloud.
Find the three dots at the top right of the Sales Order card to access the option to close the job.
Confirm the operation to permanently and irreversibly close the job.
